Quality Specialist with 2+ years experience in a similar role required by multinational manufacturing company in North Offaly. In this role you will be responsible for the co-ordination and administration of customer regulatory requests

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordination and tracking of all customer regulatory requests
  • Work alongside and support the key stakeholders in ensuring that customer regulatory requests are dealt with in a timely manner with the desired result for all involved
  • Key point of contact for internal departments and external bodies for customer regulatory requests
  • Designing and implementing a process for managing customer regulatory requests
  • Ongoing review and maintenance of the management of customer regulatory requests
  • Develop and provide regular updates to the Site Management team on the management of customer regulatory requests
  • Implement continuous improvement opportunity to optimise the process of dealing with customer regulatory requests
  • Participate in ad hoc duties and projects as instructed by your Leader


  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Regulatory Standards
  • Strong project management skills and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
  • Ability to prioritise work independently
  • A high degree of enthusiasm and ability to adapt to the different styles of team members
  • Reliability / flexibility
  • Detail oriented, extremely organised and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office to include PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Capacity to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines
