Emtech Recruitment is now seeking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator for their offices in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a focused individual interested in pursuing a career within the recruitment industry. 


  • Advertising positions on online job boards
  • Registering candidates, clients and vacancies on our internal database
  • Responding to emails
  • Act as first point of contact for candidates and clients
  • Organising interviews
  • Conduct external searches through strategic sourcing (training will be provided)
  • Organising and managing social media campaigns (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook)
  • Keeping abreast of nationwide jobs announcements, recruitment campaigns, changes in the recruitment world


  • Degree Qualified – ideally HR / Business
  • Experience in a recruitment administration role would be ideal but will also consider a graduate with some previous experience working in an administrative or customer-facing role
  • An excellent communicator with an excellent telephone manner and personable disposition
  • Proficient in the use of various Social Media channels e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, etc
  • Excellent administrative ability with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong multi-tasker, focused and attentive with a high level of integrity
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information
  • Candidates must be authorised to work in Ireland
