Clinical Data Scientist with Python / R / Matlab programming experience & 3yrs experience in a Data Scientist role required by clinical health company in Dublin. Working with a team of Data Analysts you will analyse results of clinical drug trials and explore new concepts – REMOTE
Requirements:
- Masters in Engineering, Science, Computer Science/Data Science or other related discipline
- 5 years’ experience in at least one Statistical/data analysis programming language such as MATLAB, Python or R
- 3 years’ experience in data science/data analysis projects
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, problem solving and innovation skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Demonstrate high level of motivation, creativity, and inquisitiveness
- A passion for AI-driven health technologies
Preferred:
- PhD and Postdoc experience in Engineering, Science, Computer Science/Data Science or other related discipline
- Experience working with clinical/medical/physiological data
- At least 3 years’ experience applying Machine Learning and data analysis tools to multimodal datasets
- OR
- At least 3 years’ experience in Deep Learning – Convolutional Neural Networks, Recurrent Neural Networks, Generative Adversarial Networks
- Experience in signal processing is an advantage
- Peer-reviewed publications in the area of data science/deep learning/signal processing
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for structuring, managing, interpreting and reporting on user and commercial data gathered
- Define the most efficient data architecture strategy (currently unstructured)
- Identify & document data related requirements for the business for a new CRM tool
- Manage effective transition of all data from Hubspot to a potential new system
- Responsibility for all data capture, management and analysis of the business
- Suggest strategies and processes to simplify database management
- Verify, merge, manage, interrogate and extract data to supply tailored reports and dashboards to colleagues, customers and the wider organization
- Ensure teams are aligned with best practice in data gathering and management strategies
