Energy Customer Success Manager required by innovative Irish Energy company to assist large energy consuming companies in the industrial, food & beverage and commercial sectors, to identify & implement energy efficiencies. In collaboration with a team of hands-on engineers you will engage in developing and designing innovative energy efficient solutions tailored specifically to each client site, through examining and modelling their existing processes and equipment in order to identify and implement energy conservation measures. This role does not involve travel as the team of engineers will travel to client site.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent to or above NFQ Level 8
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of a variety of core energy systems ranging from boilers, chillers, HVAC and its industrial processing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Energy management experience
  • Practical statistical knowledge/skills
  • Good documentation & reporting skills
  • Professional Certifications such as CEM and CMVP would offer a distinct advantage
  • Passionate about decarbonisation & providing energy efficiency to improve our carbon footprint

Responsibilities: 

  • Early engagement with the Client to gain an understanding of systems and processes including scada systems, controls systems and metering systems, required for successful design and development of a new system
  • Lead the coordination of internal and external SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) to facilitate optimisation of client energy use and process 
  • Coordinate and chair client reviews at appropriate intervals
  • Liaise regularly with client contact to ensure maximum benefit for the account is being achieved
  • Manage the implementation of Systems and Customer Success Plans, working closely with dedicated on-site energy teams
  • Expand commercial opportunities, guiding clients to software renewals and expanding services and sales into new sites within the existing customer base
