Job Description
GPU Design Verification Engineer required by Cork multinational to will play a crucial role in defining and validating high-performance, low-power graphics processing units (GPUs) that power cutting-edge devices across industries. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with the GPU Design and Architecture Teams to understand high-level concepts and requirements.

Develop detailed Test and Coverage plans based on architecture and micro-architecture specifications.

Create Verification Methodologies that ensure scalability and portability across various environments.

Develop and execute Verification Plans to bring up designs, debug issues, and ensure all features are enabled and working correctly.

Track and report progress using metrics such as bugs and coverage to ensure thorough verification.

Create UVM tests for functional verification and ensure that new features in the GPU are thoroughly debugged and analyzed.

Deploy new verification methodologies for improved functional verification processes.

Ensure product quality by troubleshooting and debugging test failures, applying problem-solving skills to meet design specifications.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, or integration experience OR Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of related experience OR PhD in Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience.

5+ years of ASIC Design Verification or related experience.

Expertise in Test planning, Scripting (Perl, Python), and Simulation.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with experience in System Verilog, UVM, Verilog/VHDL, and C/C++.

Experience in Constrained random, Functional Coverage development, and design debug.

Experience with verification methodologies and the development of testbenches for functional domains.

Strong understanding of GPU Architectures and associated verification methodologies.
ADVANTAGEOUS:

RTL design experience or a strong background in SoC architecture.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Perforce, ClearCase, GIT, etc.

Experience with issue tracking systems like JIRA and task management tools.

HW-SW co-verification and simulation experience.
-
Knowledge of Formal verification techniques.
