HR Generalist – Permanent On-Site Role | Clare

A leading organisation in the R&D and Manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team in Shannon. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic HR team of four, reporting directly to the HR Manager. You will get the opportunity to work in a dynamic & growing organisation with a strong focus on maintaining a collaborative culture. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume recruitment, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and pre-employment medicals.
  • Support training and development initiatives, maintaining records and providing guidance on opportunities.
  • Assist with HR administration, payroll support, and benefits management.
  • Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee, training, and HR records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High integrity, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality.
