IT Service Delivery Manager required for permanent role with growing IT services company in the Southeast. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will lead an on-site & off-site team of field service & technical support engineers in the provision of cloud, data & voice services. 


  • Manages all engineering field service, internal helpdesk and engineering staff
  • Develops relationships with external clients and organisations to assess their needs
  • Provides client assessments, and pitches IT equipment and service packages during meetings or presentations
  • Offers innovative solutions that meet clients needs
  • Manages projects by creating timelines, adhering to budgets, and assigning staff members
  • Establishes client and sales goals, and tracks progress
  • Maintains relationships with technology, software, and security vendors
  • Manages and assesses the performance of team members
  • Work with human resources department to pursue recruitment processes
  • Maintains familiarity with current and upcoming IT equipment and services
  • Coordinates troubleshooting, support, and service for equipment and networks
  • Oversee technical delivery of projects and server deployments where required
    Preform a presales technical role assisting the sales teams
  • Upholds a sense of customer service and measures client satisfaction
  • Attends industry events and trade exhibitions to stay up to date on cutting edge products


  • BSc. in Computer Science or a similar
  • Has a deep knowledge of Cloud based technology, computer networks LAN/ WAN design and user connectivity
  • 5+ years experience working with Cloud servers and networking environment
  • Proven ability to manage, lead and motivate a technical team
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work under time constraints witha critical mind
  • Must be authorised to work in Ireland
