Lead Mechanical Design Engineer required by dynamic scale-up tech company in Dublin (Hybrid). Join my client at an exciting time to lead & grow a team of mechanical design engineers.
Reporting to the CTO & as a Senior Member of the Design team, you will have ownership of defined items on the design verification process. While remaining hands-on in design, build and delivery of new designs ensuring designs meet with regulatory standards, you will also contribute to the strategic roadmap.
Requirements:
- Level 8 Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 8+ years post qualified experience in a mechanical design role
- Experience leading a technical team
- Experience delivering multiple projects from concept to delivery
- Experienced in the use of 3D CAD modelling (Solidworks preferred)
- Highly motivated
- Strong team worker with strong communication skills
