You will play a critical role in designing and verifying high-performance RF and analog sub-systems, from concept through to volume production. You will contribute to cutting-edge technology development in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and verify RF and analog circuits and sub-systems (LNA, PA, VCO, PLL, Mixers, Bandgaps, LDOs, DC-DC converters, ADCs, DACs, etc.) up to 20GHz using advanced CMOS nodes (40nm and below).

  • Produce high-quality, production-ready analog/RF designs using industry best practices.

  • Create and maintain behavioral models (Verilog-A/AMS, SystemVerilog-RNM, Wreal) to simulate and validate block/system behavior.

  • Write verification plans and develop automated test benches.

  • Collaborate closely with IC layout engineers to optimize performance and layout quality.

  • Participate in cross-functional teamwork with digital, mixed-signal, software, applications, and test teams.

  • Conduct design reviews, ensure proper DFT, isolation, and power optimization techniques.

  • Support lab evaluation, test, and silicon characterization.

  • Mentor junior engineers and help drive productivity through better tools, methodologies and documentation.

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Electronic Engineering or a related field.

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience.

  • Expertise in Cadence Virtuoso and industry-standard analog/RF design flows.

  • Proven experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design on advanced CMOS nodes (40nm and below).

  • Strong experience in RF design and high-frequency circuit behavior.

  • Ability to work independently on complex tasks and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
