Product Manager with 3 years experience required for a permanent role in Co. Wexford.



  • At a high level your job is to set the problems for the engineering teams to solve and to ensure the solutions they provide are fit for purpose.
  • Extensive communication with our users and customers to figure out what and how we should build next
  • Break down the Annual roadmap into a number of Epics which can be reasonably achieved in a given quarter
  • Research all Epics sufficiently with stakeholders, break them into user stories and ensure there is a business cases to support their release
  • Establish a definition of done for each Epic that includes all relevant elements including collateral material, training, user acceptance testing, roll out plan, reporting, mechanisms to measure success against the business case.
  • Motivate, coach and influence the development team you are working with
  • Work closely with internal disciplines such as engineering, marketing, finance and support
  • Encourage the use of structured experimentation and scientific learning and contribute to the evangelism of Lean within the organisation

Essential Requirements:

  • Third Level Degree, preferably a Masters in Computer Science, Design or Marketing
  • You have a full and clean valid Irish drivers licence and are a car owner
  • You will be able to travel freely within Ireland and the UK / EU area
  • Experience Product Marketing and / or Product Development (3+ Years) 
  • You’ve led and mentored engineers, designers and other cross functional team members in how to work together, ideally to build great products
  • You have experience and love working in an Agile or Lean environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver to technical & non-technical audiences
  • Must be authorised to work in Ireland


  • You can think in terms of the big picture, but deliver on the details
  • You are exceptional at researching, evaluating, testing and conceptualising ideas
  • You have a nose for great products but advocate for new features based on qualitative and quantitative reasoning
  • You have solid research experience, conducting workshops, user groups and other forms of research
  • You have commercial experience, having worked previously in customer facing roles
  • You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when it’s necessary
  • You thrive on complexity and you can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
  • You communicate with empathy and precision and you are able to break complex ideas into easily digestible parts
  • You are experienced at documenting with written, visual and lean tools (KANBAN etc) and presenting them clearly
  • You are technical enough to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product decisions alike and understand what they are talking about when they answer
  • Beyond just shipping new products, you obsess about continuous product improvement
