Program Manager – MedTech
Job Description
Program Manager with experience managing electronic design projects required by dynamic medical devices company in Co. Clare. Working with a cross-functional team (electronics, regulatory, biomedical, manufacturing), you will contribute to the delivery of products from concept to launch to manufacturing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
- 5 year’s proven experience in Project management / Project Engineering
- Experience managing electronic design projects
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall and other project methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders
- Project Management qualification an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
ADVANTAGEOUS:
- Understanding of high-volume manufacturing
- Project Management qualification an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with cross-functional teams such as Industrial design, Mechanical design, Electronic and Quality engineering
- Evaluate and implement designs to ensure that all agency requirements (UL, FDA, CE, etc.) are being met throughout the process
- Project Management: Project manage sections of overall customer-facing projects
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources and deliverables for each project within the programme
- Resource Management: Prioritise activities and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project tasks are completed effectively and within budget
- Stakeholder Management: Interact on customer-facing projects
- Communication: Present Ideas to both internal team and external customers
- Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key milestones, accomplishments, and challenges
- Team Leadership: Provide mentoring and coaching to product design team
