REQUIREMENTS:

BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related discipline).

5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded hardware development and controller testing.

Proven track record in rapid electronics prototyping, debugging, and root cause failure analysis.

Solid understanding of lab equipment, testing procedures, and safe working practices.

Deep theoretical knowledge in signal theory, analog/digital and high-frequency electronics, electronic manufacturing, and engineering mathematics.

Strong work ethic, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal.
ADVANTAGEOUS:

Practical experience with PCB design, grounding/shielding techniques, and EMI/EMC design principles.

Familiarity with filtering techniques across analog, digital, and embedded circuitry.

Experience in medical device development and working to industry standards (e.g., IEC 60601 3rd ed., IEC 61000).

Proficiency with SPICE simulation tools and PCB design software.

Previous exposure to startup environments.

German language skills are a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the design and development of sophisticated electronic and mechatronic hardware systems for high-volume medical devices and associated test setups.

Focus on both analog and digital circuit design, with a strong emphasis on embedded systems integration and implementation.

Contribute across the full product development cycle—from concept and prototyping to manufacturing and verification.

Design, plan, execute, and document development and validation tests in accordance with project and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay current with the latest technologies and advancements in electronic design and MedTech innovation.
