REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar) 
• 5+ years’ experience in an Electronic Design role
• Design experience in power circuits involving AC-DC, DC-DC and programmable power systems
• Experience in the design of highly regulated devices – medical devices, defence, aerospace, automotive
• Bench testing, design of experiments, setup of test protocols
• Ability to solve complex technical problems independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design & analysis of systems, products & subsystems/circuits, ensuring alignment with specifications, budget constraints & quality benchmarks
• Diagnose issues spanning design, field performance, reliability & test yields of products, offering strategic recommendations and implementing corrective measures as necessary
• Assume accountability for the seamless integration and success of products/systems within customers’ applications, proactively identifying and addressing any hurdles
• Adhere rigorously to engineering protocols, including the Product Development Process, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within cross-functional design teams
