Senior Electronic Design Engineer with experience in power supply design required for key role with growing company in West Dublin.
Requirements:
- Third Level Degree in Electronic Design or similar
- At least 10 years experience in Electronic design
- Experience in taking a project from concept to delivery
- Experience in all areas of AC/DC power supply design
- Schematic drawings and circuit simulations
- PCB layouts and manufacturing and be familiar with a variety of substrates
- Conventional and planar magnetic
- Mechanical conceptualisation and thermal management
- Manage prototype and NPI production
- Component selections and bill of material management
- Full product testing such as DVT and HALT
- DFM optimisation
- Quality and safety experience in common international standards such UL, CE and EMC
- Self-directed and own the problem while driving multiple solutions in parallel
- Continuous learner with a strong curiosity for exploring new ideas
- Well organised, excellent project management and communication skills is a must
