Senior RFIC Design Engineer required for the design of products for the semiconductor industry by growing multinational in Cork. Joining a highly experienced team locally & globally, you will design market-leading RFIC and Microwave components and subsystems 

Responsibilities:

• Simulate and design IC circuits based on available device models, parameters, and design rules
• Assist in New Product Introduction
• Perform prototype and pre-production testing of RF & Microwave components
• Work within a multi-disciplined project team

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Cadence/ADS expertise
• Skilled understanding of RF concepts
• RF or Microwave Silicon IC design expertise (SOI preferred)
• Experience in some of the following areas is desirable: RF/Microwave Switch, Amplifier, Attenuator, Phase Shifter, Filter
• Experience with EM simulation and RC extraction tools
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to work well in a global team environment
