Senior Verification Manager

Senior Verification Manager required in Dublin to lead a talented team in verifying advanced digital and mixed-signal IPs that lie at the heart of the automotive revolution. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact, drive strategy, mentor top engineers, and ensure the delivery of industry-leading verification solutions in a world-class R&D environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage a high-performing digital verification team

• Define and implement modern verification strategies and methodologies

• Oversee project schedules, resources, budgets and ensure timely delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, test, validation and systems

• Identify project risks and establish contingency plans

• Drive a culture of technical excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement

• Mentor engineers and grow technical capability across the verification team

• Represent verification at the leadership level and support strategic decision-making

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering (or related field)

• 15+ years in digital verification, including 5+ years in a leadership role

• Deep knowledge of SystemVerilog, Verilog, UVM/OVM/VMM, and EDA tools

• Demonstrated experience in developing scalable verification methodologies

• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills

• Analytical mindset with a drive for efficiency and quality

• Familiarity with Jama and JIRA is a plus

• Willingness to travel as needed

• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
