Software Engineer C++ programming on Embedded / Linux required by innovative IoT company in Co. Kildare.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including Computer Vision and Deep Learning engineers to design, implement and test software components. You will gain exposure to OpenCV and Deep Learning frameworks (Py Torch, TensorFlow, etc).
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field of study
- Strong background in C++ programming in Embedded Systems and Linux environments
- Python Programming experience
- Ability to comprehend and articulate intricate concepts effectively
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage a diverse range of projects, tasks and activities, ensuring timely integration and completion
- Collaboration and teamwork are essential qualities for this role
- Must demonstrate integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Technical responsibility for the design of software applications
- Specify, design and document technical requirements and define test plans as appropriate

- Manage technical updates to our existing product portfolio
