Technical Sales Manager with experience selling solutions to the semiconductor industry, required by high-growth technology company in Dublin. You will motivate and coach a robust sales team to scale in US, European and Asia markets.  This is an opportunity for an experienced Sales Leader to play a key role in the continued growth of the company.

  • 5+ years in target driven B2B sales role

  • Scientific Qualification and/or technical solutions selling expertise

  • Proven track record in collaborating across different teams with the ability to inspire change

  • Comfortable working in a scale-up environment and managing uncertainties

  • Process driven with experience using CRM systems. Ideally SAP Business 1

  • Ability to identify and build the correct buying committees to successfully conclude the sale

  • Problem solver with a can-do attitude

  • Adept at working closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Operations, Finance and Product
